You need to pay registration charges before demo class, once you are a registered parent with us, you can make a request to the tutor to deliver a home-tuition demo class at your home.
I did not like all the demos. Will you refund my money?
No, the registration fee is non-refundable
Is the registration fee valid for lifetime with that kid?
Yes, the registration fee is valid for lifetime with that particular kid, which you have register with us for home tuitions. But if you discontinue the tuition for more than 6 months, than your registration becomes invalid. After the Registration make sure that you have to start your service in the next 30 days.
Can I take as many free demos as I like?
We can give you 2 Free Demos because each demo involves travel and time commitment from our tutors.
If I commit for tuitions, do I need to stick to the same tutor?
NO, you can replace the tutor any time. If you are not satisfied with the progress of student but you have to continue at least 1 month after confirm the tutor.
Another question, if I commit for tuitions, do you guarantee the same tutor for entire year?
Tutors are freelancers and if a tutor gives sufficient notice to us before leaving any assignments and has a valid reason for not continuing, we respect the tutor's decision.
Can I Deposit fee after the month is over?
No. We take monthly fee in advance and we pay to the tutor after the monthly classes get over. This brings a commitment from both sides.
I am not happy with your services. I need a refund?
Please note that the any fee paid is non-refundable.
Do you check the background of tutors?
No. We are having only tutor’s ID, Address proof and Educational proof & we can ONLY do academic quality check of tutors.
Is it safe to trust a stranger with my kid?
If you are a parent, stay at home for the duration of the tutoring session. If you are a student, it’s a good safety practice to not be alone at home in case the teacher isn’t well known to you. In the end, we are a marketplace only connecting tutors and parents. We do not guarantee any suitability or safety either explicit or implied.
But you did not mention in website that how much it would cost of my home tuition?
Our pricing depends upon the class, board and Area location for Home tuition of your child. Please note that Co-Curricular tuitions like Guitar, Dance, Spoken English, Olympiads, and Yoga etc. will have different pricing.
